Fort Green worked to secure sponsorship deals and manage the sale of official bars, further elevating the commercial aspect of the Carnival. Fort Green's logistical oversight covered a broad range of crucial activities, including: Brand activations, vehicle and staff accreditation, planning and coordination with various agencies These efforts have contributed to the seamless execution of this massive event, ensuring both safety and enjoyment for all involved.
With over a million people attending annually, Fort Green has demonstrated Notting Hill Carnival as an unparalleled opportunity to test new technologies, logistical tactics and crowd managment.
